It arguably began with the Obama Administration and it’s lunatic Iran deal that would guarantee Iran nuclear weapons, and we’ll explore that shortly.  To find every article in this series, enter “Israel at war” in the SMM home page search bar. Let’s first fast forward to Mummified Meat Puppet Administration (MMPA) National Security Advisor Jake Sullivan:

Eight days before Hamas launched its largest-ever single attack on Israel, National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan said at ‘The Atlantic Festival’ that the Middle East was ‘quieter’ than at any time since 9/11.

He was, of course, bragging about his self-imagined brilliance.

We want to depressurize, deescalate, and ultimately integrate the Middle East region. The war in Yemen is in its 19th month of truce, for now, the Iranian attacks against U.S. forces have stopped, our presence in Iraq is stable — I emphasize for now, because all of that can change. And the middle east region is quieter today than it has been in two decades.

‘Challenges remain,’ Sullivan also said. ‘Iran’s nuclear weapons program, the tensions between Israelis and Palestinians. But the amount of time I have to spend on crisis and conflict in the Middle East today, compared to any of my predecessors going back to 9/11, is significantly reduced.’

Well of course he was not spending much time on it.  A legend in his own mind, he had everything well in hand.  He said that eight days before October 7 and the largest slaughter of Jews since the Holocaust.  Consider that the first link in the chain of recent war by Iran against Israel, though Iran has been at declared war with American and western civilization—which includes Israel–since the 70s.  Let’s not forget this:

‘I think he has been wrong on nearly every major foreign policy and national security issue over the past four decades,’ former Defense Secretary Robert Gates says of Vice President Joe Biden…

Clearly, Gates was right, and make that about 50 years.  And let’s not forget Biden’s lunatic pursuit of another Iran deal.  In that pursuit, he paid billions for a few hostages, and tens of billions in direct sanctions relief on top of the untold billions Iran has earned through increased oil revenues and weapons sales to Russia and others.  His most recent round of sanctions relief was only a month old when Iran attacked.

Donald Trump pretty much broke Iran, leaving them unable to foment terrorism on an expanded scale.  Joe not only restored their revenue streams, he made them rich again.  This, of course, led to dramatically increased terror proxy arms and warfare.  Of this we can be certain: Joe Biden financed Iranian terror, and surely the drone/cruise missile/ballistic missile attack on Israel.  Not just the most recent and direct attack on Israel by Iran, but the constant, decades-long barrage of all manner of weapons by Iran’s Islamist proxies.

After October 7, Israel, doing far more than the laws of war demand, has been trying to wipe out Hamas.  They also apparently did an airstrike on an Iranian military headquarters in Syria, killing a number of the high-ranking Iranians responsible for October 7, which is also an entirely legitimate act of war, a war started by Iran’s Hamas proxy.

We begin with a definition:

Act of War: Launching some 300 explosive drones, cruise and ballistic missiles, into any country.

As I’m sure you know by now, On Saturday, April 13, Iran fired no less than 300 drones, cruise and ballistic missiles at Israel.  Some 99% of them were shot down by Israel the US Navy, England, Jordan and possibly even Saudi Arabia, who fear the Iranians more than they hate Jews.  What I found extraordinary, even as those projectiles were being destroyed, was the number of talking heads trying to cover for Iran.  Among their idiotic comments:

*The drones all had lights on.  Iran wanted Israel to shoot them down so they made it easy for them

*Iran only targeted rural areas, not cities, because they wanted to limit damage.

*Iran knew Israel would shoot down all their missiles, so they didn’t really want to hurt anyone.

Extraordinarily stupid. Drones and the rest are targeted by radar.  Lights, if such was true, are irrelevant.  As the image illustrates, there were more than enough projectiles over Jerusalem.  Iran has been lobbing missiles into Israel by way of its proxies for decades, often injuring and killing Jews and destroying property.  Every day they make it clear they intend to kill every Jew and obliterate Israel. That Israel, with some help, was able to stop 99% of the attack does not excuse Iran from a blatant act of war.  Nor does it mean Israel’s enemies are now free to keep lobbing missiles at Israel without consequences because most might not get through.

Joe Biden told Israeli PM Benjamin Netanyahu, among other things, stopping 99% of the attack was “a win,” and Netanyahu should take it as such and do nothing in response.  The only reason it was such a “win” was Israel, unlike any nation in the world, has to be prepared, daily, for that sort of attack.  That attack, carried out against virtually any other nation in the world, including the United States, would result in numerous casualties.  It’s a win only because Israel is in a constant state of war, nearly entirely provoked by Iran, requiring an air defense network unlike anything anywhere else in the world.  That’s no way to live.

More Iranian attacks will surely follow regardless of Iran saying: “Hey, it’s all over, no offense!”  We can be sure of this because for every drone costing a few thousands of dollars, Israel has to fire a million dollar interceptor missile.  Iran knows the MMPA isn’t going to keep supplying Israel—Biden probably told them that—and even if Biden really was Israel’s ally, we’re fast running out of missiles to export, and we’re terribly low on those kinds of munitions for our own troops.  All Iran has to do is keep shooting until Israel runs out of interceptors.  Then their weapons are going to get through and kill Jews.  They’re evil, genocidal, Islamist maniacs but they aren’t stupid, and they’re not subtle:

Iranian President Ebrahim Raisi threatened a ‘fierce, widespread, and painful’ attack on Israel or any other perceived enemy of Iran’s in remarks on Monday, disregarding widespread international calls for ‘restraint’ in the Middle East.

As always, Jake Sullivan remains stupid:

President Biden’s National Security Adviser Jake Sullivan faced renewed scrutiny on social media this weekend for a 2023 comment claiming the Middle East was ‘quiet’ after Iran launched the first-ever direct attack on Israel.

‘What we said is [we] want to depressurize, de-escalate and ultimately integrate the Middle East region,’ Sullivan said at The Atlantic Festival on Sept. 29.

It’s rather hard to “integrate” people who want to slaughter you.

It seems the MMPA, at the least, imagines war to be something controlled by a potentiometer.  Depending on the political needs of people like them, the dial can be turned to “3,” back down to “0,” up to “8” and back down to “0’ again, and as long as they don’t decide to turn it to “10,” or a Spinal Tapian “11,” it’s not really a war, and they don’t have to behave as though it is.  The problem with that sort of non-thinking is people get killed—like 1200+ Israelis—at every setting of the dial.  It doesn’t matter what others, like Iran, think.  They own the dial and they warp the language to suit their needs, like reelecting Joe Biden.

In this case, however, the MMPA is turning the dial up on Israel, not Iran and all the other Islamists trying to murder every Jew.  In fact, Biden actually encouraged Iran to attack Israel:

In a stunning yet somehow unsurprising turn of events, evidence has now emerged that Joe Biden didn’t just know about Iran’s attack on Israel, but that he went so far as to green-light it through back channels.

There’s no way to sugarcoat that. The Biden administration told the Iranians it was acceptable to attack ‘within certain limits.’

Does this sound familiar gentle readers?  It should.  It was Biden who told the Russians they could attack Ukraine as long as they didn’t do it too much.  It turns out “don’t” didn’t impress Russia any more than it did Iran.  One somehow suspects Iran didn’t give a damn for Joe’s “certain limits,” nor will they in the future.  Senator Marco Rubio (TX, R) is equally unimpressed:

Republican Sen. Marco Rubio accused President Biden of sharing the details of his private phone call with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu with the press in order to appease anti-Israel “pro-terrorist” activists within the Democratic Party. [skip]

President Biden reportedly called Netanyahu to congratulate him for fending off the attacks while also urging him not to retaliate against Iran and escalate tensions in the region.

Rubio claimed that Biden shared the private details of this call ‘to appease’ cease-fire activists whom he argued were really ‘pro-terrorist.’

Why would an American president leak a private call with our ally in a time of war?

‘There’s only one reason they leaked that. And that is that so when Israel does respond, the White House can say, ‘We told them not to do it,’ and at least somehow, in some way, appease these so-called peace activists,’ he told CNN’s Jake Tapper.

In so doing, he also emboldened Iran, and convinced them Biden is a demented fool, certain to turn on Israel and America’s other allies.  Our other enemies are equally encouraged.  Scott Johnson at Powerline adds this:

[T]he White House released this statement publicly seeking to deter Israel:

‘I’ve just spoken with Prime Minister Netanyahu to reaffirm America’s ironclad commitment to the security of Israel. I told him that Israel demonstrated a remarkable capacity to defend against and defeat even unprecedented attacks – sending a clear message to its foes that they cannot effectively threaten the security of Israel.’

Idiot.  They’ve been effectively threatening the security of Israel for decades.  Obviously Joe forgot October 7.

Mr. Biden spoke with Mr. Netanyahu on Saturday after the Iranian attack and repeated his ‘ironclad commitment’ to Israel’s security. Mr. Biden urged restraint, telling Mr. Netanyahu that it was time to ‘think carefully and strategically’ about the risks of escalation if the Israelis respond in kind with military force, according to one senior administration official.

With “ironclad commitment[s]” like that, Israel doesn’t need enemies.  Former Israeli ambassador to the United States, Michael Oren explains who is responsible for the current Middle East disaster:

Historians writing years from now about the Middle East conflagration of 2024 will undoubtedly ask, ‘When did it all begin?’ Some will point to the Bush administration which, demoralized by its inconclusive wars in Afghanistan and Iraq, rejected Israel’s entreaties to take out Iran’s then-inchoate nuclear program in 2008.

Others might cite Israel’s willingness to play by the mullahs’ rules, retaliating against their Hezbollah and Hamas proxies rather than against Iran itself, enabling it to emerge from each round of fighting utterly unscathed.

But the bulk of the blame, fair historians will likely agree, will have to fall on the policies of those in Washington who sought to appease Iran at almost any price and ignore its serial aggressions.

As one might imagine, Oren begins assessing blame with Obama, and ends with Biden, who is almost certainly merely the mouthpiece—an a failing one at that—for a third Obama term.  Oren ends with this:

The story of America can end only one of two ways: either it stands up boldly against Iran and joins Israel in deterring it, or Iran emerges from this conflict once again unpunished, undiminished, and ready to inflict yet more devastating damage.

By all means, take the link and be reminded that Iran was responsible for the Marine barracks massacre, has killed hundreds of our soldiers, continues to take American hostages, and is the primary backer of Islamist terror in the world.

Final Thoughts: Israel’s fight is our fight.  Israel fights not only for national survival, for Jewish survival, but for the fundamental values of western civilization. Joe Biden, the mummified meat puppet, has been funding all of Israel’s, and our, enemies in the Middle East, while also funding, albeit with many threats and false starts, Israel.  Without American money and the serial rescinding of sanctions for Iran, thousands, perhaps hundreds of thousands, would still be alive.

This guy is an Admiral, which tells us a lot about the sad state of our military…

As regular readers know, our troops in the region have been subjected to constant attacks, and it’s reasonable to believe we’ve been lied to about how many have been wounded and killed.  We do know on the very few occasions Biden’s handlers were forced, for appearance sake, to appear to be striking back, they usually warned the terrorists beforehand, so when we wasted bombs or missiles on empty warehouses, they weren’t harmed, nor were their supplies.  The Houthis continue to wreak havoc, and the MMPA has continued its policy of ineffectively wasting our dwindling supplies of munitions to no effect.  Will Biden’s handlers turn back the ships and troops about to build a pier in Gaza to receive even more Iranian war supplies?  So when Joe whines he won’t allow Iran to obtain nuclear weapons, they spool up more centrifuges, after they manage to get up off the floor, weak with laughter.

Sane people, when terrorists constantly tell them they intend to kill every American, and act on those promises, believe them and prepare accordingly.  Democrats/Socialists/Communists (D/S/Cs) make their own reality and try to force everyone else to live in it.  When “everyone else” includes Islamist madmen bent on the slaughter of all infidels, the consequences of refusing to acknowledge actual reality tend to be rapid and fatal.

Oh yes, they’re already here…

We are currently besieged by Iranian planned and backed “civil unrest,” the kind of “mostly peaceful protests,” we last saw during the 2020 “summer of love.”  Everyone one of those masked Islamists and useful idiots must be immediately arrested, prosecuted, and jailed, and should any of them be here illegally, on student visas, or otherwise non-citizens, must be prosecuted, and after their sentences are served, immediately deported.  If they’re not, they’ll be joining their terrorist brothers in entirely non-peaceful “protests” in the near future, and their Antifa and BLM useful idiots will be only too happy to join in the fun.

America is ruled not only but unserious people, but by profoundly stupid people, fellow travelers and traitors, people who hate America and Americans, and are doing their best to harm both.  They’re creating conditions, by denying Israel munitions resupply, and by trying to keep Islamist maniacs alive to kill again, where Israel may have no choice but to use nuclear weapons to stave off the final solution.  As welcome as that might be, it would be better for western civilization if that could be avoided, not that Biden’s handlers care.

God help Israel and us.
