Character.  Few things reveal it more clearly than the way a man behaves toward children and animals.  In the case of Joe Biden, we have revelations on both accounts.

Biden, and the rest of his family, have purposely refused to acknowledge even the existence of his 7th grandchild, four-year-old Navy, Hunter’s daughter.  She’s the product of a coke-fueled tryst with Navy’s mother, then an exotic dancer.  It happened while he was still involved with his Brother’s widow.   But a decent man, a decent family, would never hold that against an innocent little girl.  Readers are, I’m sure, aware of Hunter Biden’s attempts to stiff Navy’s mother on child support, and his refusal to allow Navy to use his last nanme, which is probably a mercy.  It also seems Navy’s mother was an outstanding high school athlete, and is successfully pursuing a college degree.  Actually, Navy is probably better off for having no contact with the Biden crime family.  No sane parent would want Joe Biden anywhere near their daughter.

And as for animals?  When he moved into the White House, Biden had two German Shepherds: Champ and Major.  Champ died shortly thereafter and was replaced by Commander.  Commander and Major are aggressive and have repeatedly bitten Secret Service agents and other White House personnel.  Fox News reports:

President Biden’s dog Commander — the nearly two and a half year old German shepherd who replaced former first dog Major over aggressive behavior — bit seven people in a four-month period, according to a new report.

One of the more serious incidents involving Commander, according to internal Secret Service communications first reported by the New York Post, led to the White House physician’s office referring a Secret Service officer to the hospital for treatment on Nov. 3, 2022, after the individual was bitten by the dog on the thigh and arm.

Other emails released under the Freedom of Information Act to conservative legal group Judicial Watch revealed that Commander had broken the skin of another Secret Service member’s hand and arm just weeks later, after Biden removed his leash outside the White House following a family movie night. In January, Commander bit and ‘latched on’ to a security technician’s back at Biden’s home in Wilmington, Delaware.

We know only a few of the incidents wherein these animals attacked people dedicated to protecting and serving the Bidens.  After Major attacked multiple people, he was temporarily removed from the White House, but soon after returned and resumed biting.

‘These shocking records raise fundamental questions about President Biden and the Secret Service,’ said Judicial Watch President Tom Fitton, according to the outlet. ‘This is a special sort of craziness and corruption where a president would allow his dog to repeatedly attack and bite Secret Service and White House personnel. And rather than protect its agents, the Secret Service tried to illegally hide documents about the abuse of its agents and officers by the Biden family.’

Secret Service agents are necessarily and notoriously tight-lipped about their protectees.  However, it doesn’t take a psychic to know the presidential detail is mightly pissed at the Bidens.  Remember, Joe delights in swimming nude in the presence of female agents at his Delaware home, a matter that is well known and really annoys those agents.  One can only imagine how agents constantly in danger of being attacked by those dogs feel.  It certainly distracts them from their duties.

In October 2022, a Secret Service officer emailed colleagues warning that it was only a matter of time before the Biden’s canine pet bit an officer. ‘Commander has been exhibiting extremely aggressive behavior,’ the officer wrote on Oct. 26.

That this information has been leaked illustrates how angry the Secret Service is about the situation.  It also indicates the Bidens care more about their vicious dogs than the welfare of the men and women sworn to take a bullet for them.

The most serious incident involving Commander occurred on Nov. 3, 2022, when a Secret Service officer was seated at the bottom of a stairwell at the White House.

The dog ‘came down the stairs and walked toward’ the officer, according to an internal agency email, before he bit the officer’s arm on the tricep area. When the officer stood up, Commander bit down on the quad muscle area of the officer’s the leg.

One officer stated that the attack victim reported ‘a considerable amount of pain’ and used a steel cart to shield himself from the dog’s attack.

Two days after the incident took place, the officer who was attacked emailed a colleague who asked about their recovery, writing, “’ leg and arm still hurts. He bit me twice and ran at me twice.’

The inquiring colleague responded, ‘What a joke… if it wasn’t their dog he would already have been put down – freaking clown needs a muzzle.’

In the real world, not Biden clown world, any agent being attacked would be justified in shooting the attacking animal.  Imagine how that would play in the media.  Under this president, it would certainly destroy the hapless agent’s career.

Several other incidents involving Commander were also noted in the report highlighting the emails, including some that directly involved members of the first family.

While first lady Jill Biden walked Commander in the Kennedy Garden near the East Wing of the White House, the dog bit a Secret Service uniformed officer on the left high, causing ‘bruising, tenderness and pain in the bite area,’ according to communications reported by the New York Post.

Four days later, on Nov. 14, another officer noted in an email that he had to defend himself from the dog with a chair.

The officer said he ‘heard the dog bark with a loud aggressive sound’ and ‘looked up and saw him at the landing of the ushers staircase. I made eye contact with him and grabbed the black chair I was sitting on and held it in front of me while backing up.’

It’s rather hard to do one’s duty to protect the president when one has to keep an eye out for animal attacks—in the White House.

Following The Post’s report, Elizabeth Alexander, who serves as communications director for the first lady, told Fox that the Bidens are working on ‘additional leashing protocols and training’ for Commander.

‘The White House complex is a unique and often stressful environment for family pets, and the First Family is working through ways to make this situation better for everyone. They have been partnering with the Secret Service and Executive Residence staff on additional leashing protocols and training, as well as establishing designated areas for Commander to run and exercise,’ Alexander said. ‘According to the Secret Service, each incident referenced was treated similarly to comparable workplace injuries, with relevant notifications and reporting procedures followed. The President and First Lady are incredibly grateful to the Secret Service and Executive Residence staff for all they do to keep them, their family, and the country safe.’

One of my police duties as a division commander was supervising an animal control section.  There, and throughout the nation, animal control protocols universally require any animal that bites a human being be quarantined for rabies observation.  In addition, animals that bite people are almost universally ordered euthanized.  This is particularly true of animals that are repeat biters.  There is no indication any of the Biden’s aggressive dogs have been quarantined, and certainly not euthanized.

The string of attacks from Commander — ranging from September 2022 to January 2023 — came after Biden’s former dog, Major, was ousted from the White House over similar behavior.

In early 2021, shortly after Biden’s tenure in the White House started, Major bit someone at the White House, causing a “minor injury,” then-White House press secretary Jen Psaki confirmed to reporters. Major was subsequently sent to live at Biden’s Delaware home before he returned.

Two weeks after the incident, Biden announced Major would be returning to the White House, insisting that ‘he’s a sweet dog’ and that ‘85% of the people there love him.’

Certainly the 15% of the “people there” the dog bit are not so fond of Major.

Upon his return, Major was involved in another incident involving a White House employee who sought medical attention. The encounter took place on the White House South Lawn. CNN first reported the bite, adding that the employee worked for the National Park Service.

First Lady Jill Biden’s then-press secretary Michael de Rosa confirmed the dog had ‘nipped’ someone in a statement to Fox News at the time, saying ‘Major is still adjusting to his new surroundings and he nipped someone while on a walk. Out of an abundance of caution, the individual was seen by WHMU and then returned to work without injury.’

The Post reported in August 2021 that Major had ‘attacked many more people than the White House has disclosed,’ with the outlet noting that he ‘bit members of the Secret Service eight days in a row in early March — though only one such incident was publicly acknowledged.’

The outlet, based on emails released by Judicial Watch, noted that at least one visitor at the White House was bitten in March 2021.

Final Thoughts:  What does this reveal about Joe Biden’s character, and incidentally, about the character of the rest of the White House-dwelling family?  Many Americans have had to deal with aggressive dogs in their neighborhood.  They know the anxiety of having to keep a constant eye out to ensure their children and they won’t be injured, even killed, by an aggressive dog.  They also know how angry they become at the irresponsible owners of such animals, people who can’t or won’t control their dangerous animals.  Dangerous, vicious animals usually reflect dangerous, flawed people.  Fortunately, local animal control personnel usually follow professional protocols and aggressive animals are quarantined and euthanized before they can do mortal damage.

Place two aggressive dogs in a far more contained area—the White House—under a two-tiered system of justice, and the problem becomes obvious.  Again, it appears being bitten is a near-daily horror for White House personnel, even visitors(!). Again, there is no indication the dogs have ever been under rabies quarantine, and they, and the Bidens, are immune from the consequences of their attacks.  Individual Secret Service agents and other White House personnel aren’t going to sue the Bidens; that would immediately end their jobs and careers.

But what decent, sane person, knowing their dogs are aggressive and vicious, knowing they’re constantly attacking and injuring the very people sworn to protect their lives, would not remove, even euthanize those dogs?  Instead, Joe Biden and his handlers have covered up the attacks, and keep far better people then themselves in a state of constant fear.  This is merely another manifestation of Biden’s angry, cruel character.  It doesn’t matter how much Biden loves his dogs, they’re dogs.  Biden has an absolute responsibility, just as do all pet owners, to ensure their animals don’t threaten or harm people.  It’s more than clear Biden cares more for those dogs than he does for people that would die to protect him and his family.  Where the dogs are concerned, Biden demonstrates no adult, human, responsibility or decency.

Just as he does not with little Navy.

UPDATE: 07-28-23, 1744 MT:  Well, well well.  Joe Biden has finally, more than four years after her birth, spoken the names of Navy and her mother.  Why now?  Likely for the same reasons he’s now pretending to want to produce oil and gas: he’s running for election and has to appear at least a little less like what he is–an insane leftist.
