Actually; that appears to be about a 120 class excavator. At a weight of about 12 tons, that is considered to be a small excavator by people in the construction industry. It can be hauled easily on a tilt bed trailer towed by a smallish, two axle dump truck. Standard size excavators weight about 10 to 45 tons and are hauled on a lowboy towed by a standard semi tractor. Large excavators weighing over 45 tons must be hauled by specialized trailers with jeep dollies and multiple booster axles.
As a former police officer who no doubt performed commercial carrier enforcement, you should know this , LOL
