Thank goodness we have “experts.”  Experts like:

President Joe Biden’s Energy Secretary Jennifer Granholm told reporters on Thursday that drivers will have to pay at least four dollars a gallon for the foreseeable future.

‘The price of gas is likely to remain above $4 per gallon,’ she said, based on data from the Department of Energy.

Granholm has said in the past that high gas prices will encourage people to buy more expensive, fuel-efficient vehicles.

Let them buy Teslas.   And experts like:

Well, we hope so too, Janet.  This is incredibly stupid:

Oh yes, we must become dependent on wind and sun, which are undependable, which for this bizarre, backward Administration, are perfect factors upon which to base a national energy policy.

Stick with what?  Doing the same stupid things and expecting different results?  There is no greater expert than Brandon:

The hell with $5.00 a gallon gas, in California, they’re skipping directly to $10.00!

Schlafer’s Auto Repair in the Mendocino County coastal village of Mendocino has become legendary for its gas prices often 60% more expensive than the national average.

Yesterday, if a driver was to fill up at Schlafer’s, they could find themselves paying the highest price for a regular gallon of gasoline ever documented in the history of the United States: $9.45.

Patrick De Haan, the Head Petroleum Analyst for GasBuddy, confirmed that Schlafer’s is currently charging the most in the United States for gasoline. Being that California stands as the priciest market during a time when the United States has the highest gas prices in history, De Haan agreed that $9.45/gallon could ‘very possibly’ be the most expensive gallon of gas in the history of the United States.

I continue to be amazed anyone lives in California.  Other than that, how did you like the play, Mrs. Lincoln?

An analysis of studies of the effects of lockdowns on COVID-19 mortality has just been released by a team of researchers at Johns Hopkins University, and their conclusion is depressing.

‘Our study finds that lockdowns had little to no effect in reducing COVID-19 mortality,’ they wrote. ‘However, lockdowns during the initial phase of the COVID-19 pandemic have had devastating effects.’

One of the papers reviewed by the Johns Hopkins researchers, ‘COVID-19 Pandemic: A Review of the Global Lockdown and Its Far-Reaching Effects,’ published in the journal, ‘Science Progress,’ concluded that ‘the impact of the lockdown has had far-reaching effects in different strata of life, including; changes in the accessibility and structure of education delivery to students, food insecurity as a result of unavailability and fluctuation in prices, the depression of the global economy, increase in mental health challenges, wellbeing and quality of life amongst others.’

Other studies reviewed by the researchers found that lockdowns had contributed to political unrest, domestic violence, and the undermining of liberal democracy.

So in other words, the lockdowns, which the self-imagined elite want to make permanent, were not only stupid, but nearly destroyed the country.  In the Brandon Meat Puppet Administration, this is known as “success.”  And so is this:

President Joe Biden on Monday claimed to have ‘produced the strongest, fastest, most wide-spread economic recovery America has ever experienced.’ Biden’s remarks come amidst record high inflation, unprecedented supply chain shortages, and an economy on the brink of recession.

They really do think we’re stupid.  They’re disastrously wrong.  They’re disastrously wrong about this too:

KIPP Public Schools, a charter school operator in California, announced on Thursday that one of its teachers identifies as a ‘proud queer Asian-Latinx educator,’ and ‘often teaches his 5-year-olds about the complexities of intersectionality.’

‘Kris Sanchez, a teacher at @kippsocal, identifies as a ‘proud queer Asian-Latinx educator’ and often teaches his 5-year-olds about the complexities of intersectionality,’ tweeted KIPP Public Schools, a network of 270 public charter schools with more than 160,000 students, according to its website.

Any “educator” who thinks children can understand abstractions before the late teens isn’t an educator at all.  At least one dimwit has a sense of shame:

NASCAR doesn’t:

NASCAR issued an apology Wednesday for ‘recent actions’ that are ‘not aligned’ with its mission after Texas Gov. Greg Abbott (R) waved the green flag ahead of last week’s All-Star Race at Texas Motor Speedway.

Who does NASCAR think its base audience is anyway?  Stupid.  It’s those fabled, never seen, white supremacists again:

A gunman opened fire in the Saint Francis Health System’s Natalie Building in Tulsa, OK. He killed four people including himself.

No pictures of the gunman. No identification. Nothing.

Buried in a CBS article: ‘[Tulsa Deputy Police Chief Eric] Dalgleish described the gunman as a Black male believed to be between 35 and 40 years old and said he was armed with a long gun and a handgun. Both weapons appeared to have been fired, Dalgleish disclosed.’

NYC Assemblymember Rodneyse Bichotte Hermelyn knows she has to stick to her narrative because only white men could do something like this. They only paid attention to Uvalde because it happened at a school and the police failed the children and community.

I hate it when white supremacists turn out to be black.  China, Russia, Iran, Cuba and North Korea are laughing their asses off:

Navy Secretary Carlos Del Toro just released ‘Climate Action 2030,’ a 32-page report which identifies climate change as an “existential threat” to the U.S. Navy and the nation. In the report’s Foreword, Del Toro writes that climate is ‘the focal point’ for his tenure as Navy Secretary, and notes that both President Biden and Defense Secretary Austin share that view. The Navy Department, Del Toro writes, will be an ‘environmental leader’ that takes ‘bold climate action.’ We have come a long way since Alfred Thayer Mahan, the great sea power strategist and historian, with the full support of Navy Secretary Benjamin Tracy, steered our naval leaders to focus on sea command, strategic chokepoints, and sea lines of communication in the late 19th and early 20th centuries. And we have come a long way since Navy Secretaries like James Forrestal contributed to the geopolitical strategy of containment in the late 1940s, and John Lehman and Jim Webb promoted a 600-ship navy and maritime strategy for winning the Cold War.

The Navy Department report establishes two performance goals: to ‘build climate resilience’ and ‘reduce climate threat.’ Del Toro’s stated goal is to have the Navy Department ‘reduce its greenhouse gas emissions,’ ‘stabilize ecosystems,’ and ‘achieve … net-zero emissions by 2050.’ Compare that to the goal of our nation’s most threatening naval adversary — China’s PLA Navy — which is to become the world’s leading naval power by 2049.

The Navy Department report is filled with color photographs of hurricanes, floods, electric vehicles, military families participating in an ‘oyster castle installation,’ naval installations with solar panels, naval officers helping with disaster relief efforts, employees at a naval base planting salt marsh plants, electric-powered amphibious assault ships, and naval officers helping to install ‘mosquito surveillance and control equipment.’ There are no photos of naval warfare, no references to Mahan, no discussion of the challenge posed by the PLA Navy.

Whatever happened to “reduce Communist and Islamist threat?” Or “bold action” to protect American national security?  And what the hell is an “oyster castle installation?”

This is not only incredibly stupid, but actually evil:

Los Angeles Sheriff Alex Villanueva is calling out District Attorney George Gascon over a claim that the sheriff’s office ‘agreed’ to the controversial charges and lenient sentencing of a wrong-way driving teen who mowed down a mom and her infant while high on drugs in a stolen car.

For the attempted murder of a woman and her baby, the “teen,” who was already a felon on parole when he stole a car and tried to kill the young mother and her baby, will do a few months in a summer camp.  Veterans?  What the hell are “veterans?”

President Biden late Monday issued a statement on the 78th anniversary of D-Day, after failing to mention the historic day in any of his earlier remarks. His tweet is timestamped at 8:45 p.m. ET, by which time it was the early morning of June 7 in Normandy, France.

Which means one of his staff, noticing Biden getting slammed for missing D-day for the second year in a row, hastily put together a tweet after business hours.  But why should Biden’s handlers acknowledge D-Day?  That would mean they acknowledge America saved the world, but America is racist and evil, so there can be no recognition of a nation of racists!

After an assassin, who intended to murder Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh, was caught, the New York Times demonstrated its legendary news sense.  If a leftist justice had been targeted, it would have been frontpage news for weeks.

Of course!  As everyone knows, no expert is so persuasive in stealing a fundamental right as a Hollywood actor.  They reeeeeallly think we’re stupid.  Ann Coulter doesn’t:

The people about who Rufo speaks are mentally ill, and likely evil:

The Brandon Meat Puppet Administration pushing that kind of insanity on Americans is stupid, and unquestionably evil.  Maybe San Francisco is not entirely stupid?

Naaaah.  Of course they did; it’s California:

A bumblebee is a fish under California law, a California court said in a ruling this week.

And thus, the bumblebee should be protected by the state’s endangered species ordinances, court documents show.

In the case, Almond Alliance of California v. Fish and Game Commission, the California State Appellate Court of the Third District said the “issue presented here is whether the bumblebee, a terrestrial invertebrate, falls within the definition of a fish,” according to legal documents.

If a man can be a woman—whatever that is—why not?  This might be a way for Colin Kaepernick to get back into the NFL:

The Carolina Panthers have announced the addition of its first transgender NFL cheerleader.

Justine Simone Lindsay has made the Panthers’ TopCats cheerleading squad, according to the new squad member’s Instagram post.

I played soccer as a youngster and lamented its lack of American popularity.  This isn’t helping:

The U.S. men’s national soccer team joined the current wave of sports figures advocating for more control through an open letter addressed to the U.S. Congress.

Echoing talking points espoused by Golden State Warriors coach Steve Kerr, the letter asks congress when they will enact change to curtail gun violence.

Because players politically virtue signaling worked so well for the NFL.  Disney just keeps digging the hole deeper and deeper:

Disney said it has apologized to a couple whose now-viral marriage proposal was interrupted by an overzealous employee.

The viral video first posted on Reddit last week showed a man getting on one knee to propose to his girlfriend on a platform in front of the Sleeping Beauty Castle at Disneyland, Paris.

Mid-proposal, an employee rushes up and snatches the ring box out of the man’s hands and ushers the couple off the platform, the video shows.

CO2 Levels Are Now Comparable to What They Were 4 Million Years Ago, Says NOAA.

I’m blaming Fred Flintstone’s SUV.  National emergency:

President Joe Biden invoked the Defense Production Act to boost the production of solar panels in America because out of everything citizens need that is obviously the most in-demand.

But Biden also waived tariffs for two years for four Southwest Asian countries: Cambodia, Malaysia, Thailand, and Vietnam. These countries make up 80% of America’s solar-panel imports.

Biden also has no justification to invoke the Defense Production Act: “The Defense Production Act is the primary source of presidential authorities to expedite and expand the supply of materials and services from the U.S. industrial base needed to promote the national defense. DPA authorities are available to support: emergency preparedness activities conducted pursuant to title VI of the Stafford Act; protection or restoration of critical infrastructure; and efforts to prevent, reduce vulnerability to, minimize damage from, and recover from acts of terrorism within the United States.”

Laws mean whatever Brandon wants them to mean.  The best and the brightest:

Oh.  So this is why 70 congregations recently bailed out of the Methodist Church:

What passes for a minister in the Methodist Church…

Last year, the United Methodist Church accepted Isaac Simmons, who regularly preaches dressed as a drag queen under the name Ms. Penny Cost, as a candidate for ordination. Since that time, Simmons, who serves as an associate pastor at Hope United Methodist Church in Bloomington, Illinois, has challenged basic theological concepts, projecting a worldview where divinity rests not in God but in queerness.

Of course, because there is nothing Christians like more than LGBTQWERTY22++– types making fun of fundamental aspects of their faith, like warping “Pentecost.”

In a church preparing to split over LGBTQ issues, the drag queen pastor, who embraces queer theology while barely attempting to plaster on the basic tenets of Christian theology, has become a lightning rod. Conservatives argue that Simmons’ role as a celebrated figure among progressive Methodists proves the church has become so radically liberal as to forswear Christ. Progressives promote Simmons and invite him to preach in drag as a way to challenge the conservative position on sexuality that the denomination officially still takes.

Christians really like this sort of thing too:

‘God is nothing,’ the self-described ‘dragavangelist’ repeats throughout the poem, adding, ‘the Bible is nothing’ and ‘religion is nothing.’ In the end, he concludes God and the Bible are nothing ‘unless we wield it into something.’

‘God must be f***ing nothing,’ he says, ‘if her boundaryless, transubstantiated bodies of color are run down, beaten, and strewn in the streets of America instead of ruling the runways of life.’

He speaks of God not as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit, but rather as the source of queerness, describing him as ‘nothing but a drag queen with a microphone of biblical f***ing proportions,’ ‘nothing, but if she were, she would be ‘yes, queen’-ing her way down the runways of Paris and Montreal,’ and ‘nothing, but if she were, she would be a seamstress of divide couture, weaving together string theory and self portraits to form the fiercest gowns of queer existence.’

Considering Who the “dragavangelist” is mocking, they’re obviously among the stupidist people of all time.  Here’s another:

Senator Debbie Stabenow, D-Mich., incensed conservatives on Twitter Tuesday while bragging that she doesn’t have to worry about high gas prices because she drives an electric car.

Stabenow also claimed she can’t wait for more Americans to ‘move to vehicles that aren’t going to be dependent on the whims of the oil companies.’

Let them buy Teslas.  This never gets old.  These people have no idea from where electricity comes.  There’s nothing like abandoning reliable transportation in favor of far more expensive lemons dependent on the whims of sun and wind.  Here’s something that not only isn’t stupid, it’s funny:

As for the rest—too stupid to survive.
