“Amendment I
Congress shall make no law respecting an establishment of religion, or prohibiting the free exercise thereof; or abridging the freedom of speech, or of the press; or the right of the people peaceably to assemble, and to petition the government for a redress of grievances.”
Uh-huh. Then what about this?
Biden’s Surgeon General claims Joe Rogan should be censored
‘We’ve got to recognize that our technology platforms, whether particularly social media, these have an important role to play… These platforms have still not stepped up to do the right thing.’
Any government official even suggesting freedom of speech is illegitimate should not only be immediately thrown out of office, but forever shunned by actual Americans. I have a fever and the only cure is tar and feathers:
On Monday, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki refused to answer whether the White House and her boss President Joe Biden believe that parents know what is best for children when it comes to their health — specifically as it relates to wearing masks all day in class as part of COVID-19 precautions.
Fox News’ Peter Doocy posed the question, as well as several follow-ups, trying to surmise exactly what the White House was trying to say about parental rights — but the best Psaki would say is that adults across America should trust the public health officials and that some who oppose mask mandates are only doing so for the sake of politics.
Other possibilities: upholding liberty, upholding parental rights, resisting facism, resisting totalitarianism, avoiding child abuse (fill in the blank) ______________________. Did you know this?
Yeah, that’s a real surprise. Apparently “science” doesn’t apply to illegal immigrants. And speaking of something that has no effect:
Is anyone listening to the CDC or any of its bureaucrats anymore?
The CDC admitted that natural immunity offered six times better protection than the vaccine against the Delta variant. We’ll get to that later today, but back to CDC—they decided to join Dr. Anthony Fauci’s clown circus concerning masks. Alas, why people’s trust with this crew is rather abysmal.
“Clown circus” indeed. And speaking of clowns:
The Department of Justice has awarded crime-reduction grants to some groups that back the same anti-police, soft-on-crime policies implemented by George Soros-funded district attorneys that critics argue have unleashed a surge in urban crime.
That couldn’t possibly encourage criminals, could it? How about this:
‘Soft on crime policies.’ What does that even mean? There’s an alternate universe on some coverage. What’s scary about it is lots of people watch that,” Psaki said.
I’m pretty sure the people living in an “alternate universe” are Jen Psaki and other D/S/Cs. And pspeaking of alternate universes:
Washington D.C. strip clubs have allegedly been warned about employees not wearing masks.
The city recently published its latest data on businesses that have violated the mayor’s order on masks and vaccination requirements, and multiple strip clubs made appearances on the list.
Archibald’s, The Good Guys Restaurant and Camelot were all verbally warned for ‘Staff not wearing masks / Required signage not posted.’
After a quick phone call to one of the establishments, it was confirmed to me that the dancers are required by the city to wear masks, regardless of how much or how little of other clothing they have on.
Hmmmm. Something seems off about this, but I’m too distracted by all the naked female bodies to figure it out. Alternate universes. Yup. These guys couldn’t be doing this for reasons other than disease control, could they?
US diplomats in China were forced to undergo anal swab tests for COVID-19, according to US State Department records obtained by Judicial Watch.
The documents, which were acquired through the Freedom of Information Act and published on Tuesday, revealed that at least one of the US diplomatic officials who was administered the humiliating test had received his COVID rectal exam ‘at his apartment.’
Because nothing says national strength and respect like forced anal swabbing done by communists.
I’ve often suggested everything Biden does is backward, but now high prices cause inflation? If only knew that all along! I’m sure mandatory electric vehicles will go a long way to fix the problem.
Well of course! It’s California, and now, New York. Do we really want people who can’t speak or comprehend English on a jury anyway?
But all the “scientists” assured me snowfall was a thing of the past! And now we can whip inflation by pretending it doesn’t exist:
The same people who told us to appreciate saving $0.16 on our July 4th BBQs last summer are now taking the official position there is no massive food inflation.
Those skyrocketing prices you think you see at the grocery store are not real. Those announcements of forecasted price increases by the food producers, well, those are not real either. So sayeth the United States Dept of Agriculture (USDA).
Well, if the government is saying it, it must be true. Who you gonna believe, them or your own diminishing bank account and your own lyin’ eyes? In Psaki’s alternate universe:
A homeless man is charged with burglary for trying to steal a massive flat-screen television from the downtown Seattle Target. Staff say it was the 22nd time he stole from the store in the past three months.
The entire alleged incident was caught on surveillance footage obtained by the Jason Rantz Show on KTTH. And thanks to a lenient judge, the man was released on his own personal recognizance.
John Ray Lomack is a prolific offender who, according to the King County Prosecutor’s Office, has an extensive criminal history.
A King County prosecutor argued that Lomack should be held on $5,000 bail. She noted ‘warrant activity’ on his 32 prior cases.
“Warrant activity.” Oh, that’s good. I used to arrest people who had “warrant activity.”
Since 1985, Lomack has been convicted of at least 18 felonies and misdemeanors, including second-degree burglary, second-degree possession of stolen property, and fourth-degree assault. This represents only a fraction of the cases that came through to the prosecutor’s office, according to a spokesperson.
Judge Kuljinder Dhillon was unmoved by the argument. He released Lomack on his own personal recognizance.
Of course, because Seattle. Speaking of left coast lunatics, how are things in Portland?
The Portland Police Bureau’s attempt to rehire police officers that recently retired to help with the departments disastrous staffing levels was an epic failure: only two out of the 81 officers that Chief Lovell reached out to expressed interest.
In October, Portland Mayor Ted Wheeler had hoped to rehire 100 recently retired officers. Last month, Police Chief Chuck Lovell sent a letter to retired police officers asking them to return to the department following the city-approved retire/rehire program.
Retired police officers slammed the Chief’s letter as ‘tone-deaf’
and ‘offensive,’ taking issue with the disqualifications. Among the disqualifications include officers that violated policy by ‘cooperating with federal agents to attack Portland residents’ when the federal courthouse was under siege by far-left extremists during the 2020 BLM riots.
Of course, because Portland. Let’s see if I understand this. Portland wants the officers who fled because they weren’t allowed to do their jobs and were under constant threat of being fired and prosecuted for what little they were allowed to do back, so they entice them by telling them they won’t be allowed to do their jobs and will be under constant threat of being fired and prosecuted. Alternate reality. Speaking of alternate definitions of reality:
In all the world, there is nothing so threatening as Canadian truckers. Hey! Maybe we can send them to Ukraine to deter Putin! Here’s some more alternate reality:
Dr. Anthony Fauci suggested his political opponents are ‘bad people’ and need to be healed by accepting his political opinions, the Washington Post reported Friday.
While Fauci called a U.S. senator a moron during his last Senate committee hearing, he told the Post his political opponents are feeling ‘pain’ and ‘suffering’ and are ‘rebelling’ against society.
‘It’s tough to imagine that that many people are bad people,’ Fauci said about those who oppose his political views. ‘And, I mean, it’s just — has something been smoldering in their lives? Something that’s sociologically evasive to me?’
‘Maybe it’s pain that they’re feeling, that’s driving it?’ he added.
‘We really are not fully appreciating that maybe they’re suffering. And they’re rebelling against a failing of society, maybe, to address some of their needs,’ Fauci continued.
‘Maybe we need, as a nation, to address the fundamental issues that are getting, you know, tens of millions of people to feel a certain way,’ Fauci said about Americans who oppose his leadership at the National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID).
Fauci also suggested there is no ‘diagnosis’ for scientific conspiracy theorists who decimate [sic] misinformation, presumably referring to Joe Rogan.
‘There’s no diagnosis for this,’ Fauci said about the abandonment of truth. ‘I don’t know what is going on.’
Of course he doesn’t know. We’re led by the best and the brightest—and most cluelessly stupid, corrupt and evil. Does black accounting matter?
It is unclear who leads the Black Lives Matter foundation and manages its $60 million bankroll, according to an investigation by the Washington Examiner.
The inquiry comes almost six months after BLM co-founder Patrisse Cullors resigned as executive director to focus on other projects and appointed two activists to serve as the group’s senior directors — although neither Makani Themba nor Monifa Bandele took the jobs due to disagreements with the foundation, according to the Examiner.
Themba and Bandele say they don’t know who leads the organization.
BLM is ‘like a giant ghost ship full of treasure drifting in the night with no captain, no discernible crew, and no clear direction,’ CharityWatch Executive Director Laurie Styron told the news outlet.
‘’This is grossly irregular and improper for a nonprofit with $60 million in its coffers,’’ said Paul Kamenar, counsel for the National Legal and Policy Center, a conservative watchdog group.
No! Really?
The IRS granted BLM tax-exempt status in December 2020. For that reason, the organization should be subjected to a ‘full audit,’ Kamenar said.
‘Bottom line: Lot of questionable financial activity, organizational structure, location of the books, etc. that call for a full investigation,’ he told the Examiner.
I’m sure the IRS and DOJ will get right on this. Bawahahaaaaaaaaaa!
What do you do with a child molester in Los Angeles? Why, you put him in a juvenile jail!
Superior Court Judge Mario Barrera unleashed his anger at progressive Lose Angeles District Attorney George Gascón for not prosecuting a child molester as an adult.
James Tubbs admitted he sexually assaulted a 10-year-old girl in a restroom at a Denny’s in 2014. He was two weeks away from turning 18.
Authorities did not arrest and charge Tubbs for the crime until January 2021. He kept busy, though:
In the interim, she had been arrested for battery, drug possession and probation violations in Idaho and Washington and convicted of assault with a deadly weapon in Kern County, according to Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department officials. She was also arrested on suspicion of sexually assaulting a minor but wasn’t prosecuted for the alleged offense, according to court records.
It gets better: now he’s/whatever a trans child molester!
James now goes by ‘Hannah.’ But prosecutors claim he did not identify as a transgender until they took him into custody.
Tubbs knows how to play the system. Gascón has refused to prosecute children as adults.
Even though Tubbs is now 26 Gascón refused to transfer the crime to adult court:
Gascón previously told The Times that the victim, who has moved away from California and remains in therapy, did not want to testify at a trial. He also expressed concern that as a transgender woman, Tubbs could be victimized in a jail for adults. In a youth facility, he said, she could receive treatment and therapy.
Tubbs will go to the female side of the detention facility, but will remain ‘in isolation, separated by sight and sound from the other juveniles.’
Eyewitness News asked Gascón for a comment. His office pointed out that other courts tried Tubbs as an adult, which is how they got his DNA: ‘However, in subsequent cases, Tubbs legally was an adult. Other jurisdictions had no other choice. Where I do agree with your assertion is that Tubbs likely will not face punishment proportionate to the victim’s trauma.’
Therefore, Gascón tied Barrera’s hands. The law only allowed him to sentence Tubbs to two years in a juvenile detention center: ‘I want to be clear. The filing of a transfer motion is entirely within the discretion of the district attorney.’
Also, Tubbs won’t have to register as a sex offender.
But of course not! It’s LA, and they’re getting what they voted for—good and hard. Alternate reality? You decide, gentle readers. Here’s a bit more alternate reality:
Anchor Dana Perino asked, ‘Also, just more back here focusing on some criticism in the U.S. military, that perhaps there’s too much of a leftward tilt, or a wokeness in our military when we face really determined adversaries, committed adversaries in China, Russia, Iran, who maybe don’t have those same kinds of pressures. How do you respond to those criticisms?’
[Retired Admiral and Pentagon mouthpiece James] Kirby said, ‘I think a lot of it, quite frankly, is driving a stake through a straw man here. This argument of wokeness in the military, I was in the military for 30 years, and I can tell you things like diversity and inclusion, that makes us a better military because it brings to the fore, in the decision-making, operational decision-making, that we conduct better ideas, more unique perspectives. Somebody else’s lived experiences which might actually make us smarter on the battlefield.”
He added, ‘So those kinds of arguments — I think are ridiculous. because we are stronger military because of our diversity, and because we represent all Americans, just like we defend all Americans.’
No, you leftist, traitorous jackwagon. What matters on the battlefield is not the gay, trans, black or Hispanic perspective. What matters is tactical and strategic knowledge, experience and excellence. “Lived experiences,” unless they are in destroying America’s enemies, mean nothing. The only “unique perspective” that counts is one that destroys our enemies as quickly and finally as possible. Perhaps this is part of the reason our enemies don’t fear us:
“Affected by a free speech event on campus.” If you’re afraid—in college—of ideas with which you might disagree, are you actually living?
Remember when Temporary President Biden recently visited Pittsburgh, to speak about the infrastructure that is everything other than actual infrastructure and that he’s not going to do anything to fix, and on the same day, this happened?
Cosmic Irony, right? Like snow storms whenever Al Gore shows up to talk about Global Warming. But did you know this?
Alternate realities and backward politics. We leave you, gentle readers, with this:
President Biden said Monday that his administration is committed to improving the border crisis by trying to ‘figure out’ why migrants are leaving their home countries for the U.S. in the first place.
‘We’re working a lot with neighboring countries. A lot to do,’ Biden said during a meeting with Vice President Kamala Harris and the National Governors Association (NGA) at the White House.
Not to worry! Kamala is on the case, looking for those mysterious and ever elusive “root causes.” As soon as she figures that out, we might have some idea why people living in squalor in poverty-stricken third world shitholes might want to move to America, even though America is a horrible place full of racists, domestic terrorists, white supremacists, insurrectionists and Normal Americans.
Too stupid to survive.
Jen Psaki yada yada; and then Mike: “pspeaking of alternate universes”
I saw what you did there!
Oh, and do I hear Fauci doing a variation on AOC’s “they’re only acting that way because they’re disappointed they can’t have sex with me”?
Dear Maoz:
I can’t want to hear what science has to say about science this week.
If the Taliban were comprised of hyenas from “Who Framed Roger Rabbit”, provoking belly laughs might be a valid tactic in battle.
Jesus take the wheel. No one else is at the wheel and we’re approaching a cliff.
Dear Somebody Special:
I fear 2022 and 2024 no longer have the potential to turn things around, but merely to delay the inevitable.
C’mon man, ugly strippers gotta work, too. Masks create equity.
And think about it – that last pic of Veep Harris masked up, maybe she’s hoping to moonlight to “position” her more for success. I mean, she spent most of her career on her back, but maybe she needs a bit more time on knee pads, for when she’s dealing with world leaders.
Dear Marty:
Well, they are sending her to Ukraine to look for root causes there. I can hardly wait to hear her fake Ukrainian accent, just as when she did her Pepe LePew accent when she looked for root causes in France.
Pingback: Our foolish Surgeon General should hand in his resignation, IMMEDIATELY! – The Daley Gator
Dear Doug:
Thanks!
IMHO, the office of Surgeon General should be eliminated and the funds of his salary, staff and office put to better use.
Make the head of the CDC the de facto surgeon general, if need be. In the age of the Internet, we do not need this antiquated office to keep the American public informed about their health.
Dear Mike a.k.a. Proof:
As Ronald Reagan said, the nearest thing we’ll ever see to eternal life on this Earth is a government program or bureaucratic kingdom.
The only solution is to disband most of the federal government and redistribute the power to the states. I understand how unlikely this is, but it’s the only solution. The FBI, CDC, CIA, DHS, IRS, education, etc are all corrupt beyond recovery.
