We live in a dangerous world.  Thus far, it has been America’s relative unity, our general unison of purpose, that has not only kept us prosperous, but strong.  That strength is relied on by our allies and if not respected, at least feared by our enemies.  That strength, that purpose, has been all but destroyed, and in only six months.

Gropin’ Joe Biden had a summit with Vladimir Putin, but first, he set the stage by destroying America’s energy independence, and giving Putin the Nordstream 2 pipeline Donald Trump sanctioned to prevent Russia from becoming more wealthy and powerful selling energy to Europe.  That’s not all, of course, but the underlying story from the summit is America got nothing at all, and even before it began, Biden gave Putin immeasurable gifts.  America last; America always last.

Was Putin grateful?  He set the stage too just before the summit by sending Russian bombers within 300 miles of Hawaii—Hawaii–forcing the scramble of three F-22s.  Putin, having taken the measure of Biden first hand, is surely laughing his ass off, and so is China.  They just sent the largest incursion of warplanes over Taiwan to date.  They’re testing Biden.  He’s failing.

To be fair, it’s not really Biden’s fault.  He’s a mere puppet.  He’s not running the country or making any real decisions.  We don’t know who is, but it’s surely not Joe Biden, who, more and more, is descending into the morass of dementia.  Recall, please, he was two hours late to his news conference during his NATO debacle.  No explanation.  He reads whatever is displayed on his teleprompter, increasingly badly.

D/S/Cs nominated Joe Biden knowing he was falling ever more deeply into senility.  They, and their media propaganda arm, are hiding his dizzying descent from the American people.  They put a mentally incompetent shell into the White House and are keeping him there.  To say this is unprecedented is weak sauce.  To say it is extraordinarily dangerous is the understatement of all time.

I’ve been collecting examples of Biden’s increasing mental disability.  His handlers allow him only a single event per day, often not even that, and he badly mangles every one, even with Jill Biden or other handlers actually at his elbow.  So, gentle readers, for your reading displeasure and horror, let’s review only a sampling of the evidence the President of the United States is nothing more than an increasingly senile puppet.

Consider this from Byron York:

A SUMMIT ABOUT NOTHING. How to describe President Biden’s meeting with Russian President Vladimir Putin? Maybe it’s best to use a phrase — ‘a summit about nothing’ — that has been used to describe pointless high-level sessions in the past. The fact is, there was no reason for the Biden-Putin Geneva summit to have taken place.

Basically, the two leaders talked about talking again in the future. The U.S. president ‘talked about several things they were going to put their diplomats together to work on,” former Trump National Security Adviser Robert O’Brien told Fox News Wednesday. Beyond that, there wasn’t much. “There were no breakthroughs, there were no deals,’ O’Brien continued. ‘There were no Americans returned, it’s now become pretty clear that the United States didn’t get anything in return for allowing Nord Stream 2 to finish up…there was nothing in return for the new START extension. It was not a successful summit.’

Normally, Presidents do not have summits with foreign adversaries unless they know precisely what they want to get from them.  Months, if not years, of preparatory work are done.  If they’re not reasonably sure they’re going to get something of value–because they’re bargaining from a position of strength–they don’t meet.  Not Joe. CNN, of course, is in the vanguard of protecting Biden—and Americans–from reality:

Our reporters are determined to avert their eyes from Joe Biden’s mental and physical condition, and pretend that all is well. Earlier today, CNN’s chief national security correspondent, Jim Sciutto, took his network’s slavish devotion to the Democrats to a hilarious extreme:

And there’s this from Powerline:

Over the last 18 hours or so, this video has been widely shared. If you haven’t already seen it, it opens another window onto Joe Biden’s mental state:

Many have seen this as another instance of Biden’s weird obsession with little girls. Yes, but I think the truth is worse than that. Biden’s handlers have undoubtedly warned him many times not to act inappropriately toward little girls, but when he goes off-script, as here, he can’t help himself. As indicated, too, by the manner in which he speaks, I think Biden is well into his dotage. Like many elderly people suffering from dementia, he is prone to blurting out inappropriate thoughts that happen to cross his mind.

Biden’s condition is obviously a matter of concern, on national security grounds as well as others. Yet our press will steadfastly avert its eyes and pretend that all is well, right up until the moment when Biden collapses in public or commits a blunder too serious to be ignored.

For those suffering from dementia, it’s common for their internal governors of decency and appropriate social behavior to be destroyed.  The incredibly creepy You Tube video is here.  It’s an issue I addressed back on October of 2020, and Biden’s behavior is no better, only more hidden by his handlers.  Take the link for many more examples.

At the American Thinker, Andrea Widberg also addressed this very disturbing issue:

Again, I’m not accusing Joe of ever crossing the line into illegal activity – although he has been accused, often, of crossing lots of lines when it comes to grown women. Last year, Tara Reade credibly accused Joe of sexually assaulting her – an accusation that Kamala Harris said she believed. Also last year, the Secret Service admitted that it destroyed records in the case of the Veep Biden using the opportunity of a photograph with a Secret Service agent and his girlfriend to grab the girlfriend’s breast. Already back in 2017, when Biden seemed to have retired, a former Secret Service agent had some things to say about the former Veep:

A former Secret Service agent assigned to the Vice President Joe Biden residence claims that the Service often had to protect female agents from him.

Speaking on the condition of anonymity, the agent asserted that, ‘We had to cancel the VP Christmas get together at the Vice President’s house because Biden would grope all of our wives and girlfriend’s asses.’ The annual party was for agents and Navy personnel who were tasked with protecting the Biden family.

‘He would mess with every single woman or teen. It was horrible,’ the agent said.

For a Secret Service agent to mention this, it must have been beyond horrible.  Biden’s performance—actually lack of performance—at the June G7 Summit was incredibly embarrassing.  Unfortunately, Biden’s handlers, and D/S/Cs in general, aren’t capable of embarrassment:

The Group of Seven Summit begins Friday with the leaders of the U.S., Japan, Germany, the United Kingdom, France, Italy and Canada meeting in Great Britain through Sunday. One of those leaders, however, is not like the others. Which puts America at a disadvantage.

Note Biden’s blank, confused stare…

If readers think we’re saying that President Joe Biden is not all there, then we plead guilty. Clearly he’s not. His flubs, stumbles (both verbal and physical), empty gaze, the where-am-I pauses when he speaks in public (even with the aid of a teleprompter he has trouble following), the mangling of sentences, and his inability to recall the names the Declaration of Independence and Defense Department are signs of a man deeply in decline. He shouldn’t be allowed to run a sidewalk hot dog cart on Pennsylvania Avenue, much less be the primary occupant of that street’s most famous and important building.

Yet there he is, in Cornwall, ostensibly representing and aggressively promoting America. (Of course even in his best days of yesteryear, expecting Biden to do what’s right for his country was expecting too much.)

And much is missing. Here’s what some observers abroad have recently said about him:

*An unnamed conservative Brexiteer said ‘America should remember who their allies are,’ then added that, ‘unfortunately’ Biden is ‘so senile that he probably won’t remember what we tell him anyway. Unless an aide is listening I’m not sure he’s going to remember for very long.’

*’Biden is under pressure from the left and does not have the cognitive capacity to take them on,’ says Australia’s Sky News host Alan Jones.

‘This is elder abuse; the man should go. But what is just as bad is all we get from a new Biden administration, brainwashed by the left; they can’t trot out anything to him and he will say what he likes. It is just woke nonsense.’

‘We can’t be serious that this is the leader of the Western world.’

*Hours after Biden arrived in Britain on Wednesday, he delivered a speech to military personnel. Yet despite being told by First Lady Jill Biden to ‘pay attention,’ he yammered about ‘those RFA pilots.’ ‘Embarrassingly, Mr. Biden managed to turn the RAF into the RFA, when referencing the UK’s military air force,’ the Daily Express reported.

*Biden continues to slog through a series of hiccups, blunders, confused calendar citations, ‘creepy’ comments, and botched mentions of the job titles of other nations’ leaders, according to the Sun.

This is the man America elected to act on the country’s behalf in international affairs. To stand up to thug nations, to nurture relationships with allies, to be the custodian of the economic interests of the U.S. Yet what the public gets is a tweeted photo of the unelected Jill Biden ‘prepping for the G7.’

This doesn’t inspire confidence. In fact, it does just the opposite.

As bad as all of that is, this was perhaps the worst:

He didn’t seem to get lost, he was lost.  He had no idea where he was or what was happening around him, and Jill Biden had to rescue him, as she does almost constantly.  At The American Thinker, Thomas Lifson also commented on Biden’s failures at the G7:

Yesterday, at the G-7 meeting, President Biden said twice in a row, “America is back at the table,” in an unsubtle dig at President Trump.  He forgot to add that the other people at the table were laughing at him.

Dementia Joe interrupted U.K. prime minister Boris Johnson as he was presiding over a session where visitors were being introduced and insisted on adding the president of South Africa — who had already been introduced.  P.M. Johnson maintained a calm voice but was clearly annoyed, as this transcript from TGP shows:

Boris Johnson: And welcome to those who just joined us… President Ramaphosa (South Africa), President Moon (South Korea)…

Joe Biden: And the President of South Africa.

Boris Johnson: And the President of South Africa as, as, as I said earlier.

Joe Biden: Oh, you did?

Boris Johnson: I certainly did. [emphases added]

Johnson did not try to hide his annoyance at Biden, and he can’t be blamed for that.  The Issues And Insights Editorial Board explains, the shell of a man in the White House is not what was sold to the American people.  What ended up in the White House is an automaton pretending to be Commander In Chief who could not remember to mention the 77th anniversary of D-Day.  Nor could he remember the name of that Pentagon-shaped building or of his newly appointed Secretary of Defense:

Nor could he remember the Pledge of Allegiance:

This from Legal Insurrection is not only embarrassing, it’s destructive to our standing in the world and our national security:

Ah, yes. We have another example of why President Joe Biden does not have news conferences.

CNN’s Jeff Zeleny asked Biden if he still considers Russian President Vladimir Putin a killer.

Biden responded: ‘(chuckles) May I answer the first question? I’m laughing, too. They actually — well, look, I mean, he has made clear that — the answer is, I believe he has in the past essentially acknowledged that he was — there were certain things that he would do or did do. But look, when I was asked that question on air, I answered it honestly, but it’s not much of a — I don’t think it matters a whole lot in terms of this next meeting we’re about to have.’

Take the link and watch the video.  It’s truly pathetic and incredibly encouraging to our enemies.  Here’s another bit from Powerline about Biden mangling a speech at the G7. Obviously, the meds weren’t working that day:

Take the link to see it first hand.  It’s cringeworthy.  So is this from Steven Hayward at Powerline:

It may be some time before we get any documentary evidence of what took place, such as the cursory State Department summaries kept by note-takers in the room that are usually declassified and released after 15 or 20 years, so we’ll have to go from selective leaks and public statements. So far the most incredible thing is the list of 16 industries or targets that Biden told Putin are ‘off limits’ to ransomeware attacks. Are you kidding me? Does this mean everything else is okay to target, or won’t be met with vigorous response? If we have evidence of Russian knowledge or control of ransomeware hackers, why would we give permission by omission by marking out only a few targets for reprisals? Where did the Biden crew learn to negotiate? ‘So, hey—if you hack Sears or the California Unemployment Compensation system, we won’t chase after the bitcoin ransom.’

Second, it appears Biden relied on note cards during his sit down with Putin, as he has in several White House meetings where reporters were present for a pre-game photo op. So what: Ronald Reagan did the same thing often. Back then, however, the media and Reagan’s critics took his note card use as evidence that he was too old and not up to the job. Will we see anyone in the media draw a parallel with a president who is older than Reagan was when Reagan left office? Don’t hold your maskless breath.

There’s nothing inherently wrong with a POTUS using note cards as a refresher or merely to keep track of the many things they must juggle, but Biden needs them merely to know who he is, where he is, who he’s talking to or about and what he might be doing.  At The American Thinker, James Nollett has a list of 79 “Bidenisms,” or stupid things Biden has said.  Some are indicative of nothing more than general stupidity, which Biden has displayed for decades, but many, like this, are sure signs of advancing dementia:

We hold these truths to be self-full evident, all men and women created, by the, go, you know the, you know the thing.

“The thing” was the Declaration of Independence.  This might explain it:

I got to the Senate 180 years ago.

Or maybe this:

I came to the United States Senate 120 years ago.

This is tragic:

By the way! The SAME STABLE JESUS said the biggest problem we had in the, in the Revolutionary War, is WE DIDN’T HAVE ENOUGH AIRPORTS!

As our enemies are taking Biden’s measure, so are our allies.  By all means, take this link to Sky News Australia for a video compendium of Biden’s gibberish.  I could do this article weekly and never run out of material.  Some quick examples:

It’s hard to know if this was just another example of Biden’s lying, dementia or both.  It’s getting so bad, even D/S/Cs are starting to comment:

The collapse of the condos in Florida with appalling loss of life escaped Biden:

Jill Biden can’t keep him on track:

And even aphorisms common to people of his generation aren’t common to Joe:

Americans used to worry about Hillary Clinton answering that 3 AM phone call.  Their worry was she was not remotely qualified and might betray America.  Now we have to worry if Biden would actually be conscious, would have any idea who or what he is, or how long it would take for his meds to kick in before he was marginally lucid–if lucid at all.  Having Kamala Harris as a backstop for world-altering decisions is no more comforting, nor is having no idea who is actually running them both.

I take no pleasure in writing about Biden’s decline.  Alzheimer’s took my mother, and my father suffered from dementia, losing virtually all internal governors, and even the ability to control his bladder and bowels.  But neither of them was responsible for America.  Their decisions did not have the potential to be utter disaster for the world.

I’m tempted to say we voted him into office and we’re getting what we deserve—good and hard. But none of us can be sure about the vote, and America deserves far, far better.  We can only pray the Lord is watching over us, because our political systems have failed us, and half of America wants to destroy America and most Americans.  God only knows the things he’s saying to foreign leaders, things we’ll never know.  And Joe Biden?  Who knows what he’s aware of, or what he remembers, from day to day?

UPDATE, 07-22-21, 1100 MT:  Oh. Dear. God.  Take this link to Biden’s CNN “Townhall.”  CNN was careful to make it appear the small theater was full, and Don Lemon did his best to prop Biden up, but…take the link.

And as always, the Babylon Bee is so good because it’s so accurate:
