Recently, in Insurrection? I made these observations, based solely on my viewing of photos and videos from the January 6th Capital Hill event:
Once inside, virtually all of the “domestic terrorists” politely kept within the velvet ropes, stopped to view the paintings and statutes, to take the occasional photo or selfie, and to enjoy the grandeur of the Capital. There were, to be sure, a small number of agitators/criminals. Some in the crowd—and these were the real thugs attacking police, damaging property and in general, behaving as Antifa/BLM do—were appropriately masked, dressed in black, wearing body armor and helmets, wearing gas masks, carrying various tools on their belts, carrying backpacks, and obviously prepared to cause as much trouble as possible. Some were clearly dressed to carry out the false flag operation we now know was planned in advance. Many MAGA hats and Trump posters and banners were brand new, not a part of anyone’s wardrobe.
We now know many in the crowd verbally and physically stopped Antifa types from attacking the police and doing damage. It was never more than a tiny portion of the overall crowd, which was genuinely peaceful, that was involved in crimes.
In other words, based on my experience, it was obvious there were many organized agitators in the crowd. They were the people attacking the police, and ensuring things got out of control. This denotes prior planning, and if that’s so, nothing President Trump said that day, which occurred long after the agitators began breaching the Capital Building, could possibly have incited the crowd. This is why it’s never a good idea to rush to judgment on things like impeachment. Of course, for the D/S/Cs, it’s always trial first, punishment next, evidence never, and “facts?! We don’ need no stinking facts!”
It’s possible I could be wrong. It’s possible people wearing brand new MAGA hats—backward—virtually all of whom were young men, were merely ardent, but free-spirited Trump supporters. I wasn’t there. But J. Michael Waller was. Here’s his bio:
Michael Waller is senior analyst for strategy at the Center for Security Policy. His areas of concentration are propaganda, political warfare, psychological warfare, and subversion. He is a former professor at the Institute of World Politics, a graduate school in Washington, DC. A former instructor with the Naval Postgraduate School, he is an instructor/lecturer at the John F Kennedy Special Warfare Center and School at Fort Bragg.
Hmm. Perhaps Waller has some experience that might be enlightening, and at The Federalist, he provides that enlightenment. Waller identifies four distinct groups that did not belong in the upbeat, friendly and genuinely peaceful crowd:
Plainclothes militants. Militant, aggressive men in Donald Trump and MAGA gear at a front police line at the base of the temporary presidential inaugural platform;
Agents-provocateurs. Scattered groups of men exhorting the marchers to gather closely and tightly toward the center of the outside of the Capitol building and prevent them from leaving;
Fake Trump protesters. A few young men wearing Trump or MAGA hats backwards and who did not fit in with the rest of the crowd in terms of their actions and demeanor, whom I presumed to be Antifa or other leftist agitators; and
Disciplined, uniformed column of attackers. A column of organized, disciplined men, wearing similar but not identical camouflage uniforms and black gear, some with helmets and GoPro cameras or wearing subdued Punisher skull patches.
All of these cells or groups stood out from the very large crowd by their behavior and overall demeanor. However, they did not all appear at the same time. Not until the very end did it appear there was a prearranged plan to storm the Capitol building, and to manipulate the unsuspecting crowd as cover and as a follow-on force.
By all means, gentle readers, take the link and read Waller’s entire account. Among other things, you’ll discover the normal crowd accommodation and control measures in DC were not provided. As is common with the protests of Normal Americans, very little trash was in evidence, and many picked up trash and carried it away–DC provided very few trash cans. The Capital Police were badly undermanned, had no apparent leadership and were ineffective. It appears not only were the Normal Americans engaging in peaceful and patriotic protest set up, so were the Capital Police.
On 01-14-20 on Tucker Carlson Tonight, Author John Solomon, who has been instrumental in exposing all manner of DC corruption, reported these interesting facts:
1) At least three days prior to Jan 6, the FBI had intelligence about the planned attack. So did the NYPD intelligence shop.
2) The Capitol Police asked for National Guard and federal backup, but were refused.
3) The intelligence of an imminent attack was not given to President Trump.
Even CNN, of all outlets, is reporting essentially the same thing.
Meet one John Sullivan, social justice warrior. He is currently in custody for his part in the Capital Hill attack. Sullivan, who admitted he was part of the mob that broke in, also admitted he was wearing a bullet resistant vest and climbed in through a broken window. Don’t all Trump supporters routinely wear bullet resistant vests? Here’s additional material on Sullivan, provided by a highly reliable source:
This is the man who videoed, inside the US Capitol, the shooting death of Ashli Babbitt of San Diego, CA,
John Earle Sullivan aka Activist John Jayden X
Born: July 18, 1994 (Age 26) Stafford, VA
His further affiliations are in links below.
Sullivan identifies as a Social Justice Warrior (SJW), Black Lives Matter, (BLM), Black Fist Militia (BFM), Critical Race Theory Revolutionary, who posted video of the shooting on his digital platforms – where he features
images of himself, armed in combat gear. His digital platforms include:

Note these photographs—one in the header and both bearing Sullivan’s alias–of Sullivan’s, taken from the FBI affidavit:
Obviously, one Leftist radical breaking into the Capital, wearing a bullet resistant vest, does not a massive conspiracy make. And note, CNN had Sullivan on to tell the audience how it was, to tell them the truthiness, the approved narrative:
What a brave and noble fellow John Sullivan is. How fortunate the Republic to have such selfless patriots willing to do what he does.
What would you bet, gentle readers, he is far from the only one that will be arrested? What would you bet we won’t hear about virtually any of the others, not only because the FBI doesn’t want to harm the D/S/C narrative which would not only invalidate the sole, fake grounds for impeachment, would expose a rather more serious conspiracy they really don’t want to expose, but because the D/S/C propaganda media arm won’t report on it?
Stay tuned.
UPDATE, 01-15-21 2100 MT: Go here, where Daniel Greenfield at Frontpage Mag explains the Capital Police, at some 2000 personnel, are the 19th largest police force in the nation, answerable solely to Congress–which means Nancy Pelosi–yet forewarned, they did not have sufficient personnel on site, no backup, and no planning, and could not protect the very few buildings for which they were responsible against at most, a few hundred agitators. Go here too to find irrefutable evidence that not only Sullivan, but a great many other Antifa/BLM thugs preplanned the attack on the Capital. And this:
I’d not worry too much, Mike. I’m sure the body count will go up next week… and all the ballistics taken from the autopsies will show the bullets were from Antifa guns. All the bombs that go off to punch holes in the fence line will have been made in Antifa basements. Shhh.. don’t tell anyone.
Oh dear.. it seems Trump’s FBI and Trump’s DHS failed to notify anyone in advance of the Capitol riot.
Dear Doug:
I know you’ve been paying attention the last four years. The CIA and FBI were never “Trump’s.” There is considerable evidence, and more is being declassified and released as I write this, that they have consistently worked against him–the lawful President of the Republic.
Dear Doug:
No one of good will condones violence. This scruffy little blog has made that abundantly clear. Riot, looting, assault, arson, all crimes are morally and lawfully wrong, regardless of who does them, and must be punished under the rule of law–actual justice–not a two-tiered system of social justice.
…all for a lie. Support for Trump seems to be waning.
Dear Doug:
Actually, his approval numbers remain as always, not that one should put too much faith in polling…

By all means, gentle readers, take this link. It features a Veritas video of DNC operatives bragging about being paid to provoke riots.

Dear Karl:
Thanks for the link!
Another excellent article, as always Mike.
On a side note, I must give you the utmost respect, for you have mastered the ability to deal with total tuckfards like Doug.
I don’t know how you do it, but I’m glad this is your scruffy little blog, and not mine!
Keep up the awesome articles!
Ryan H
Thanks… at least I’m a total tuckfard and not a half-assed one. Trump has fed your fear well, I see.
Dear Ryan H:
Thank you. And let’s be polite; Doug is welcome here, and at the very least, he gives folks an opportunity to do proper research and hone their arguments. That’s a good thing.
And thank you, Mike…
I actually wasn’t offended but rather understood Ryan’s frustration. I mention a fair amount about fear… he’s afraid like the rest of us. Right now that’s the only thing we all have in common. What makes us differ is the degree of that fear and the reason.
Dear Doug:
You mistake focused anger for fear. Most D/S/Cs do–projection.
OH c’mon.. you’re the trained educator.. you know very well violent anger is largely about displaced fear.
Dear Doug:
I’m also trained not to take liberties with what others say. I said “focused” anger, not “violent” anger. There is a substantial difference. We are often angry at the actions of others, but most people rarely use that anger as an excuse for violence.
In principle all anger is focused.. hence the reason it’s anger. I think you’re trying to suggest one of the the three basic forms.. passive, aggressive, or assertive. I said “violent” because of recent events. Sounds like you meant passive.
Doug’s comments leave me with two possible conclusions. One, he is an upstanding American who has been swayed by the MSM. BTW, I know many people like that, I.E., if they actually knew the truth, they would be on our side, but the truth is effectively hidden from them. Two is the other possibility.
Your diplomacy aside… what makes you so sure YOU have the truth?
what else would Doug have to do, if someone
else had not provided a platform that he
could cr-p on?
He obviously does not have the mind or
personality that would attract friends.
It would be nice if we could see progress
in Doug’s understanding or demeanor,
but as the scorpion said to the frog,
Call me Doug!
Can you email the thrill
that runs up Doug’s leg
when he sees someone
is willing to talk with him?
Poor fellow.
They sorta have a point, Mike… Ryan, Trapper, and Walter… in their unique ways are expressing their discontent over my challenges to their opinions.. which then begs the question, why are we here? They aren’t changing my mind and I am certainly not changing their minds, or anyone else’s for that matter. But then I was not here to change minds but rather explore the differing diversity of the common opinions in here, and try and challenge thought. For the rank-in-file here they find a common message and appreciate your posts, Mike. To some it’s ok for me to pop in to present opinion but if I don’t ultimately convert to the local thought then I can hop the next train outta Dodge. After all, this is likely the one place they can come to where everyone is in an ideological Kumbaya. Things are getting a bit dicey in the real world anyway….
I think, Doug, their point is that you don’t
“explore” or “challenge” for the sake
of diversity. It is that you “cr-p”, as said,
on what people say. Try offering ideas with
out the character attacks or smarm.
Ok, Daniel… give me an example of my character attacks… kinda for my self-improvement purposes.
Doug, what you are saying is what we see is true is untrue in your eyes. Fine. May you live in interesting times, for they are upon you.
The times are upon us all. Pretty much what I conveyed Jan. 20, 2017.. and this is where we are at.
Dear Phil:
I suspect more and more people will come to understand the meaning of that ancient Chinese curse.
