The day after.  Perhaps the week or month after?  It’s not just a matter of who wins, but the process—the law.  Take Pennsylvania, for example.

The state legislature, following federal law, had a reasonable process written into law.  Election day was to be November 3.  There were measures in place to ensure ballot integrity, such as the signatures on mail in ballots had to match the signatures on file for voters.  Late ballots had to be postmarked no later than November 3.  Then the entirely democrat PA Supreme Court swept all that away.  Ballots could be received through November 6, signature no longer needed to match, in fact, ballots didn’t even need to be postmarked.  And if more time than Nov. 6 is necessary to “count every vote,” hey, there’s always the PA Supreme Court…

This not only allows vote fraud on a massive scale, it virtually mandates it.  So the case went to the Supreme Court, and Chief Justice Roberts sided with the anti-liberty faction, and the 4/4 split allowed the PA Supreme Court decision, their rewriting of the legislature’s election law, to stand.  Newly sworn in justice Amy Coney Barrett was not yet available to vote.

As this is written, President Trump has a substantial margin in PA.  It would be an insurmountable margin in normal election years.  And that’s why the PA Supreme Court got into the vote manufacturing business.  Add in verified Republican poll watchers being denied entry to polls, or being kept so far away from the counting they couldn’t see or hear anything, and a variety of other examples of obvious fraud, and we have a recipe for national disaster.

I have seen some pundits urging calm, suggesting America is strong enough to survive even a fraud-filled Biden win.  Perhaps, but only if our institutions are trustworthy and in place, and only if the Constitution is more than fading ink on yellowing parchment.  Joe Biden has sworn to tear down not only our institutions, but the Constitution.

President Trump has had to run not only against Joe Biden, but the media, the courts, the Deep State, pollsters, academia, and D/S/C funded and supported anarchists.  That the election is yet undecided is testament to his strength and to the actual will of the American people.  If Trump ran only against a D/S/C opponent, the outcome wouldn’t be remotely close.  All of those self-interested anti-America interests are running scared.  They know if Trump wins, their crimes will be fully exposed.  They’re going to jail, and their connection to the DC money teats will be severed.  They’ll do whatever it takes to destroy Trump, and with him, normal Americans.

And so, when Trump was ahead in multiple states, suddenly, and of course mysteriously, those states shut down vote counting.  Oh we’re all so tired.  No results until Wednesday, maybe Thursday—or later, sometime…maybe…  They’re not doing this to ensure the integrity of the vote, but to “find” enough Biden votes to win.

These things are certain: if the lamestream media had any credibility left, it’s gone now, and likely forever.  The credibility of social media is likewise obliterated.  They even censored President Trump on the evening of the election!  These are petty tyrants daring the Congress to regulate them.  If Biden wins, it won’t happen and they know it.  They think themselves bigger, more powerful than America, and Biden will make them right.  Pollsters, who had virtually no credibility after the 2016 election, now have none.  They universally predicted a Biden blow out.  Biden was going to win Texas and Florida!  In reality, D/S/Cs spent obscene sums of money, and most threw it down the toilet.

For a constitutional republic to survive, citizens must trust those they elect, and the institutions of government.  They must trust the media, and now, social media, not to rest their expansive asses on the scales.  They must trust in the impartiality of our law enforcement agencies, and the professionalism and patriotism of our intelligence agencies. That trust is, in many respects, gone, and what little remains is being sorely tested.

On election day, voting machines in counties heavily in favor of Trump mysteriously malfunctioned and water pipes burst.  In Wisconsin, final reporting was continually delayed until 100,000 Biden ballots suddenly appeared.   And the list does on and on.

The good news is it appears Republicans narrowed the Democrat majority in the House and will almost certainly retain control of the Senate.  Even if Biden wins, he likely won’t be able to turn America into Venezuela, though he will be able to do enormous damage.  The process of utterly destroying our constitutional republic will probably be postponed, for how long, no one knows.

President Trump has said America will never be a socialist country.  We may find out of he’s right, and far sooner than we thought.

1600 MT:  D/S/C aphorism:

It doesn’t matter who votes.  What matters is who counts the votes.

Or who finds the late votes.  Consider this from John Daniel Davidson at The Federalist:

As of this writing, it appears that Democratic Party machines in Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania are trying to steal the election.

As reporters and commentators went to bed early Tuesday morning, all three states were too close to call, but President Trump led former Vice President Joe Biden by comfortable margins—far beyond what had been predicted in the polls. None of the networks called these states because enough mail-in ballots remained uncounted that it could swing either way, but Trump’s position looked good.

Then, something strange happened in the dead of the night. In both Michigan and Wisconsin, vote dumps early Wednesday morning showed 100 percent of the votes going for Biden and zero percent—that’s zero, so not even one vote—for Trump.

In Michigan, Biden somehow got 138,339 votes and Trump got none, zero, in an overnight vote-dump.

When my Federalist colleague Sean Davis noted this, Twitter was quick to censor his tweet, even though all he had done was compare two sets of vote totals on the New York Times website. And he wasn’t the only one who noticed—although on Wednesday it appeared that anyone who noted the Biden vote dump in Michigan was getting censored by Twitter.

Take the link are rest the whole thing.

I’m fast coming to the conclusion Fox News is little, if any, better than the rest of the despicable media.  I’m very interested to hear what their opinion hosts—Tucker, Hannity and Laura—have to say tonight.

As this is posted, Fox has Biden only 6 away from 270 and winning.  There is no doubt.  This will all come down to the Supreme Court.  And who, pray tell, has forced that outcome?  Have you noticed two things:

(1) There are no cries of “voter suppression,” and

(2) Vote fraud never seems to occur in red states.

2340, MT:

The arrogance of D/S/Cs is nearly stunning, but not surprising.  In this I include not the usual political thugs, but media thugs and social media thugs.  They know the fix is in, so they’re even censoring the tweets of the President of the United States.  They really believe they’re invulnerable, they’re our masters, and there’s not a damned thing we can do about it.

The vote fraud is incredible.  Note this from Wisconsin:

They would have us believe a national record voter turn out this cycle to vote for a corpse-like mediocrity clearly suffering from dementia.  They wouldn’t turn out for his rare rallies, but they’d vote in record numbers?  Actually, they don’t give a damn whether we believe it or not.  They believe they’re pulling off a coup, and more than that, a bait and switch coup.  The only questions about that remaining are whether Biden is in on it, or whether they’ll have to use the 25th Amendment to pry him out of the Oval Office.  Most likely?  “Joe you resign for whatever reason on a date certain, and we’ll ensure you can keep your millions and you and your family won’t be investigated or jailed.”  This is just the tip of a very large and dirty iceberg:

Consider this:  Fox news has Biden at 264 electoral votes.  CNN has only 253.  What does this mean?  Unlike The New York Times proclamation that the media decides elections, the reality is they don’t and absolutely cannot be trusted.  Trump could take Arizona at any minute—or after litigation—and Biden would immediately fall to 242/253 respectively, and Trump would rise by 11 points.

I’m sure he has…

Joe Biden gave a speech, praised by the media as “presidential” and “the best of his career.”  Most striking was his malarkey—to use a Bidenism—about bringing the country together and uniting us all around his brilliant leadership.  And by the way, on his first day in office, he’s going to banish the Coronavirus.  This while his minions work tirelessly to win the election through the most overt and egregious vote fraud in history.

President Trump is filing the appropriate lawsuits, and the Supreme Court has actually demanded answers from PA.  They’re rioting in Portland–what a surprise–and the National Guard has been called out, which is a surprise, and there is unrest elsewhere with more threatened, which isn’t a surprise.

More tomorrow.  Hopefully we’ll know a bit more of substance.
