It has been several months since the last installment of this series.  In that time, much has changed, and I wish I could say for the better.

D/S/Cs have begun to belatedly learn their thuggish shock troops—Antifa, BLM and lesser-known and funded groups of vermin—are actually sociopaths who not only will not take direction, but cannot be controlled.  D/S/Cs appear to have thought they could turn these barbarians loose and keep them under control with assaults here, a little harmless arson there, and even a bit of looting.  The occasional murder would be helpful to keep the Deplorables in line. They believed this would be useful against President Trump, but surprise, surprise, surprise, they miscalculated, and now, even a rumor of a black person being arrested is sufficient to set off a new wave of “mostly peaceful protests,” and there is no end in sight.

The irony is these “fiery but mostly peaceful protests” are taking place exclusively in Democrat-ruled cities, towns and states.  Their creations are destroying D/S/C strongholds.  They also miscalculated that their pet vipers would only destroy Black neighborhoods, a constituency they’ve owned for decades.  But then they branched out, and started attacking major downtown shopping districts, the suburbs, and even the homes of Democrat mayors!  Don’t they know who their masters are?!

CNN’s idiotic Don Lemon was shocked, shocked, and said the riots—which he and the rest of the D/S/Cverse had been denying were happening–had to stop because opposition to them was showing up in the polls and in focus groups.  The horror.

The second major irony is that D/S/C mayors and city councils have reacted by trying to appease the unappeasable, and have allowed riot, looting, arson, assault, even murder.  They have not helped their case by refusing President Trump’s offers of help, and have doubled down on stupid by trying to blame it all on him.  There is evidence of a considerable post-convention bounce for Mr. Trump among likely black voters, and a somewhat smaller bounce among Hispanic voters.  In other words, Americans are more than smart enough to believe their own lyin’ eyes rather than Joe Biden and his puppet masters.

There is, however, a much more sinister motive to contemporary riots, and it has been in effect throughout the Obama years: D/S/Cs are trying to start a race war, as Rush Limbaugh recently explained:

The left in this country — it’s patently obvious now — they want this election to be, they want the current American circumstance to be black versus white, not left versus right, not male versus female, not straight versus gay. They want it to be black versus white. Immigrant versus native maybe, but as long as it has a racial component, that’s what the Democrats are attempting to foment. And Trump didn’t buy it. He didn’t buy into it. He didn’t take the bait. He didn’t respond in kind. All last week the president made clear that it’s about people who are constructive, who are productive and generally happy. That’s us. Versus people who are — let’s face it — miserably unhappy.

I don’t care what you think, I don’t care what they say. Black Lives Matter, Antifa, they are not happy people, and they’re not capable of happiness. They’re not capable of laughter. The closest they get to happiness is when they murder a Trump supporter as happened in Portland. The closest they get to happiness — it’s a phony happiness, obviously — is when they engage in the destruction of private property and general mayhem. But that’s not the kind of thing that normal people are made happy by. But this is who we’re dealing with. People who are destructive, miserably unhappy, parasitic.

That’s the difference. Transcends things like race. I think it’s a very underappreciated message that Trump had all during the convention last week. And by promoting it at this time, I literally believe that Donald Trump may be saving America from a fate you and I don’t want to contemplate. We don’t want another civil war based on race. We don’t want race wars. We don’t want any of that because it’s not something naturally occurring. The Democrats are trying, they are literally trying to foment hate. And it isn’t working because it’s not who the American people are, ladies and gentlemen.

Of course, they’re trying to blame it on President Trump.  D/S/C mayors, governors and other politicians across the nation, as though acting from a common script—they do that–are not only encouraging the violence, they’re stirring up racial hatred.  They’re spreading it by restraining the police, denying them the lawful tactics and weapons necessary to protect themselves and to make lawful arrests.  When officers actually make arrests, D/S/C prosecutors turn them loose.  But even that is not enough.  They want to “defund” the police, which amounts to doing away with police forces, entirely, or piece by piece over a short time.

Even so, some are panicking.  Gov. Kate Brown of Oregon has asked the Clackamas and Washington County Sheriff’s Offices to send deputies to Portland.  As one might expect, she didn’t include the Sheriffs in those plans.  Sheriff Roberts said not only no, but hell no:

Translation:  If you’re not going to hold and prosecute these animals, forget it.  Sheriff Garrett took a slightly different approach:

They’re both absolutely right.  They’re not going to expose their officers to injury or death when the Portland authorities won’t allow them to defend themselves, will release, without prosecution the vermin they arrest, and are more likely to charge officers than criminals for using reasonable force in making lawful arrests.  In other words, law and order have entirely broken down in the major cities of Oregon, and the police, and everyone else, know it and think it, unlike Brown and other D/S/C dimwits, a bad thing.

Moreover, they know the marching orders for all of these D/S/C fools come from the very top of their national party.  At least 13 of Gropin’ Joe Biden’s campaign staff have donated to leftist organizations that bail “peaceful” rioters out of jail, and bragged about it.  Kamala Harris is also doing all she can in that regard:

Rather than actually stopping the violence, which can be done simply by allowing the police to do their jobs with all the lawful methods at their disposal, and following that up with serious prosecution, D/S/C mayors are blaming President Trump, and threatening continued violence if Americans don’t elect Biden:

D/S/Cs are incompetent tacticians, and seem to believe mob violence can be precisely controlled, as one adjusts the volume of one of the big screen TVs looters are delighting in taking as “reparations,” because nothing says social justice so much as the theft of consumer electronics.  In 2018, novelist Larry Correia made related points:

Oh wait… Poison? That would be unsportsmanlike! Really? Because your guy just brought up nuclear weapons. What? You think that you’re going to declare war on half of America, with rules of engagement that would make Genghis Khan blush, and my side would keep using Marquis of Queensbury rules?

Oh hell no.

A friend of mine who is a political activist said something interesting the other day, and that was for most people on the left political violence is a knob, and they can turn the heat up and down, with things like protests, and riots, all the way up to destruction of property, and sometimes murder… But for the vast majority of folks on the right, it’s an off and on switch. And the settings are Vote or Shoot Fucking Everybody.  And believe me, you really don’t want that switch to get flipped, because Civil War 2.0 would make Bosnia look like a trip to Disneyworld.

Speaking of ugly, do you really honestly think that you’re going to be able to kill people because they disagree with you, and they won’t hit you back where it hurts?  While you’re drone striking Omaha, Nebraska you really think that the people who live where all the food is grown, the electricity is generated, and all the freeways and rail lines run through,  that some of them aren’t going to take it personal? And that they’re not going to use their location and access to make life extremely uncomfortable for you?

But when a long train of abuses and usurpations, pursuing invariably the same Object evinces a design to reduce them under absolute Despotism, it is their right, it is their duty, to throw off such Government, and to provide new Guards for their future security.

Jefferson was right.  Americans aren’t racists–the supply of actual racism is grossly insufficient to keep up with demand–and will put up with much, but their wrath, once released, is terrible.  Normal Americans see D/S/Cs preparing the battlespace.  They see them trying to abolish the police while planning to disarm the law-abiding.  They see them preparing ruinous taxes, planning to destroy our energy independence, planning to force them to pay reparations for ills done centuries ago in which they and their distant relatives had no part.  They see their goal of telling American what they can say, think and do, where and how they might live.  They see them setting the stage for massive vote fraud in November, hiring 600 or more dishonorable lawyers to tie the election in knots, perhaps forever.  They see them planning to pack the Supreme Court, eliminate the Electoral College, and ensure that once they regain control of the three branches of government, it will be impossible for honorable Americans to ever take it back.

D/S/C impotent posturing

What would it take for Americans to “throw off such government”?  When they come for American’s guns?  Surely, but D/S/Cs are too stupid to realize most of America’s law enforcement and military are not going to be put in a position to kill their fellow Americans, but there will be enough to light the fuse of civil war, to be sure.  What then would be the trigger?

When Americans are convinced American constitutionalism is about to die, that will do it.  If they believe a presidential election is rigged, and they’re denied the candidate for which they voted, that’s when things get really dangerous.  Alternately, should President Trump be lawfully re-elected, D/S/Cs will go absolutely berserk, and will try to turn every town, city and state in America into Portland or Seattle.

It won’t work they way they think.  At the 2020 Sturgis Rally, a small Antifa group showed up, and to the delighted cheers and jeers of the bikers, they were escorted to safety.  For once, Antifa idiots seemed very, very happy to see the police.  In much of America, Antifa and BLM would not enjoy the protection of the police, and normal Americans would not be nearly as forgiving.  For a change, the police would stand by and allow Americans to dispense actual justice.  They’d pick up the pieces later, but just as today, they wouldn’t be making arrests.

I’ve mentioned only some of D/S/Cs attempts to destroy our nation.  They’ve lost any sense of decency and restraint, and if they’re stupid enough to try to reduce Americans under absolute despotism, they’ll wish they’d been facing the tender mercies of Sturgis Bikers.
