Joe Biden a major news figure? What nonsense!
What’s most interesting about the incredibly stupid, inhumane, unconstitutional, un-American and authoritarian actions by governors is their shared political party. Guess which? There remains no democracy in the D/S/C Party, only socialism and communism. We begin, where else, with California, where Governor Gavin Newsome is taking care of its residents—illegal residents, that is:
California Gov. Gavin Newsom announced on Wednesday plans to give cash payments to adult immigrants living illegally in the state to help them weather the coronavirus crisis.
The plan, which would use a mix of taxpayer money and charitable donations from corporations and philanthropists, will give 150,000 adults $500 each during the coronavirus outbreak, the governor said.
And in Virginia, Governor Ralph “make the babies comfortable before we kill them” Northam signed a variety of new laws beginning Virginia’s transformation into Venezuela. For example, Virginia’s voter ID law has been repealed:
Voting is a fundamental right, and these new laws strengthen our democracy by making it easier to cast a ballot, not harder,’ Northam said in a news release. ‘No matter who you are or where you live in Virginia, your voice deserves to be heard. I’m proud to sign these bills into law.’
Because why should the dead and illegals be prevented from voting, and if someone is so civic minded they want to vote more than once, who are we to stop them? This is the kind of thing that does not make the public fond of the police:
This really doesn’t make the public fond of the police:
The City of Greenville fined congregants $500 per person for attending these parking lot services – while permitting citizens to attend nearby drive-in restaurants, even with their windows open.
That’s right, gentle readers. For sitting in their vehicles, in a church parking lot, windows rolled up, a religiously observant family of four would take a hit of $2000 dollars for exercising their First Amendment rights.
The city, smarting from the Federal Department of Justice’s support of the families, and of a massive public backlash, has dropped the fines, but said it will keep enforcing the mayor’s unconstitutional, totalitarian order(?!). Shortly thereafter, the mayor held a press conference and blamed it on the Governor, who blamed it on the mayor. Sigh.
‘But look, it’s been done. We’re gonna get the election results in about, what, another week, in another week or so after that this… I forget the date, the 13th? And, uh, I you know but I I think that uh uh you know I I if if there’s an election, was an election, if people, depending on how many showed up, I think I will have done well but who knows?’
“And I promise you, if I’m your president, I’m gonna fight like hell to see your strength goes. I promise.”
‘We should be making it easier, not harder, to make sure, to se-, to make sense. Let me put it another way, it makes no sense.’
The University of Mississippi has introduced a new diversity and inclusion course requirement for students.
The main catalyst for Ole Miss implementing this course was an incident in which several students were photographed holding guns near a memorial for Emmett Till, resulting in an FBI investigation.
The online course, which is 45 minutes long, was due on April 1. The Daily Mississippian reports that it followed the same structure and method as alcohol and sexual assault online courses used at Ole Miss and schools across the country.
The course covers many facets of diversity and inclusion. There are quizzes, vocabulary terms, and personal surveys for the students to complete, and members of minority communities describe some of their ideas about diversity. Screenshots from the course obtained by the Young Americas Foundation show teachings on “whitesplaining”, privilege, illegal immigrants, and how to reply to comments deemed racist.
“This ensures that every student is able to start from a similar place, so when they are having deeper conversations on inclusion and mutual respect in their academic courses or their future careers, they will be able to respond with confidence and familiarity,” Shawnboda Mead, assistant vice chancellor for diversity announced in a university-wide email.
Who deserves taxpayer dollars more than Americans?
I guess it does take a life-threatening contagion to make some people see reality:
The world really has turned upside down. In 2007 San Francisco became the first large city in the country to ban single-use plastic bags. Now, as part of its effort to combat the spread of COVID-19, the city is banning the reusable tote bags it’s spent over a decade promoting.
Accused of sexual assault, Gropin’ Joe Biden received mush-needed help from The New York Times:
What they deleted is highlighted below:
Here’s another bit of information for which the nation has breathlessly been waiting from Gropin’ Joe:
But it seems to me that there is this sense that somehow again I keep getting back to this issue and I may be dead wrong about it is that there seems to be this this this this sort of gut feeling that government can never do anything as well as the private sector can do it so the better we let government keep out of this the better off we’re gonna be. I don’t think it’s just about, at least I’m not sure, obviously.
And in the “don’t know much about federalism” department:
Stupidity is spreading:
Guess whether Kentucky’s governor is a Democrat. Go ahead, guess.
And we end this edition of Too Stupid To Survive with our winner, Governor of Michigan, Gretchen Whitmer (D-want Trump to win Michigan in 2020), who let her inner despot out:
And this:
Finally, Nancy Pelosi and her D/S/C minions continue to block vital funds for small businesses with demands for unrelated D/S/C woke por., Now she’s bragging about it and mocking Americans:
If Republicans don’t use this to their advantage in 2020, they’re too stupid to survive.
The thought of Democrats gaining or retaining any branch of government in the next election makes me shudder. I used to believe that it was good to switch between Republicans and Dems to keep things balanced, but now that republicans are more center and Dems are so far left, its scary to have Dems in control of anything. I don’t believe Nancy Pelosi cares a damn about the people.
Dear PK:
That would make sense if members of both parties were dedicated to American constitutionalism and the rule of law. Sadly, that’s no longer the case. and hasn’t been for many years. D/S/Cs are more prone to admitting it these days.
I forgot to add that Gov. Gretchen Whitmer is a power hungry nut bag.
Dear PK:
What you said.
