Richard Bloomenthal is such a pretentious, arrogant fool he takes himself as seriously as Adolph Hitler and other deranged threats to humanity. That he has so many people following him is the scary/disgusting part. Got his email version of the situation vis a vis the shutdown and here’s an excerpt. Take whatever you need to to prevent sickness:

FWIW I have one suggestion. If you see any Democrat lying about this or any other situation (there are many opportunities here) simply post the whole story on their own website or on their own Facebook page. If enough people keep doing this it may be the most effective way of shutting down every Democrat in office today.
Maybe he could take the amount he has budgeted to undermine the constitution in 2019 and establish a relief fund for inconvenienced federal employees, I am sure Shannon wouldn’t mind. I paid a credit card bill online yesterday. First thing that popped up was a notice to federal employees to contact them for payment “assistance”, something that most creditors will be doing.
The dirty little secret the federal employees don’t want you to know. When this is resolved, a not insignificant number of them will be receiving overtime pay to “catch up” on work they are being paid to not do. They will have paid time off and extra money.

Dont condemnme for being sexist. The contingent from the Alaska National Guard unit deployed to Iraq back in 2008 gave their own Governor a teeshirt that was perhaps a size or two too small before having her shoot an M-4. Watching her shoot an M-14 or even a Barrett would have been even more fun.
