With the death of Supreme Court Justice Antonin Scalia, Progressives are virtually drooling in anticipation of tilting the balance on the Supreme Court from a sometime majority that decides cases based on the law and the constitution, to an absolute majority that will decide cases based on Progressive whims. Should they succeed, among the earliest casualties will be the Second Amendment.
How can we know they will obliterate the unalienable right to keep and bear arms, the sole right that enables self-defense? The Progressive minority on the court has said so in its dissent to Heller.
