Showing the kind of diligence and class for which he has become known, President Obama was late for a moment of silence observed by the other world leaders for the dead in Paris at the current summit in Turkey.  Mr. Obama, like Bill Clinton before him, has become infamous for a lack of punctuality. This also demonstrates that the other world leaders have no respect for him. Normally, others defer to and wait for the President of the United States. Mr. Obama has managed to screw up even this bit of international protocol. This is hardly the only time-related problem Mr. Obama is having these days. Consider this from Powerline:

President Obama was visibly annoyed by the questions posed to him at his press conference in Turkey today. They lacked the deference to his majesty that he has grown accustomed to. The Federalist has posted a striking lowlight here.

Quotable quote: ‘What I’m not interested in doing is posing or pursuing some notion of American leadership or America winning or whatever other slogans they come up with that has no relationship to what is actually going to work to protect the American people and to protect the people in the region who are getting killed and to protect our allies and people like France. I’m too busy for that.

Take the link in the quotation for video of Mr. Obama’s unseemly petulance. As to Mr. Obama being so busy protecting the American people and others, I’ve had occasion to research and write on Mr. Obama’s work habits. To discover just how likely it is that Mr. Obama is working hard on anything at all, visit these two articles at your leisure:
